Would not use this company again.
Over 4 hours to install an integrated washing machine & dishwasher. I have fitted both items to the same area before in 45 minutes each. Left mess over the floor as they never had any cleaning equipment. Left the top of the washing machine sticking out too far, had to ask them to alter before they left. Phoned up the shop to ask why the top shelf was to low and was told I was thick and to look in the instructions manual. Told me they would block me if i phoned again. Thought the whole experience was shocking. If the question was so simple why could it not be answered. Not interested in your reply, would not waste anymore of my time looking.

A thank you for really excellent service! We visited the very well organised shop on Tuesday 18th January, where Carolyn was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered a new integrated dishwasher and were told we would receive a call on Tuesday, 25th about delivery and installation. Sure enough, on Tuesday, 25th we received a call and our dishwasher was delivered and installed on the same day! The installation team were again very friendly and efficient and did a great job of removing our old machine and installing the new one (and the old one was taken away).
We had mentioned that we were also looking for a new washing machine and photos and measurements were taken by the installers. The following morning we received a call from Carolyn with a quote and lots of useful info about the type of machine we were looking for. Again, excellent service. Mees Electrical will be our "go to" place for new appliances from now on - and we have already recommended to friends and family.

Can't recommend Mees enough. I needed a specific delivery and fitting slot for my elderly Mum so someone could be there with her. Carolyn totally understood how important this was and the dishwasher was purchased over the phone and delivered on the day within the two hour slot we had agreed. No more waiting in for hours on end and being messed about with the other electrical companies online.....We'll just come straight to Mees 🙂
