I've been to this shop twice in the last couple months. First time was for a full diagnostic and brake replacement and the second time for my power steering going out unexpectedly during winter weather. I had a great experience both times. The diagnostic was informative and the team was up front about what was worth the cost to get done. The power steering check up was again a down to earth discussion with the mechanic on what was likely going on with my car. I left the shop more informed without spending money that I didn't have to. Both times I received straight forward and honest discussions that saved me money and time.

Def would recommend this location for your automotive needs. Venessa kept me updated during the entire process of my repairs. There was no surprise costs. Everything that was done was discussed prior with me.

Roger performed the work and was very detailed and informative. There was never any doubt about what needed to be done & why.

There are tons of businesses out there but I would choose this one bc of the reasonable pricing and top notch staff. They def have great customer service.

I went to get my oil changed, my tires rotated, and my tire pressure checked / filled (the low pressure light was on). The oil change was completed, they did not fill my tire pressure, and when they rotated my tires they left all the front driver side lug nuts loose (not even hand right). I had to pull over immediately and dig out my tire iron to tighten them myself.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. They went out of their way to help with my issue even calling mechanics back in due to some unforseen issues. They also didn't charge me a dime extra. 10/10 best experience with an auto shop.

I went in today to get a car inspection so I can continue to drive for hop, skip, drive. My car is 2024 with only 16k miles. The inspector failed my inspection because he said my rear tires were 3/32 even though he recorded them on the paper as 4/32. He measured each tire in several spots instead of the standard middle tire depth. I paid him the $20 and he tried to sell me 4 new tires on the spot. I then took my car to Big O tire and they showed me with their gauge each tire was 5/32! Either they don’t know what they are doing or just trying to upsell to increase their profits. I will NEVER go back!

TLDR: this shop is awful and I wouldn’t trust them to do something as simple as an oil change or cabin air filter replacement.

I could write pages about my terrible experiences at this meineke, but I will instead leave you with the highlights.

Found the shop in my car warranty’s directory when I needed my engine replaced.

I left my car with this shop on 9/10 and the work was supposed to be completed by 9/28. I didn’t receive my car back until 10/16. There were several instances before 10/16 that the shop told me my car was ready, only to call back later in the day to say that it was not.

After I picked my car up, I began to notice issue with the car that did not exist before meineke touched it. I brought it back to meineke, as the work completed is under a warranty at this shop. The first problem discovered was that they forgot to clip the protective plastic under my car, and the plastic had been flapping in the wind when I drove.

A few days later, I was distraught to discover that my car would not start. When the issue persisted after replacing my battery, I once again brought the car back to meineke and asked them to check the wiring harness to make sure that the starter was receiving power.

They insisted that my car was starting for them perfectly and told me to come pick up my car. While in a Lyft en route to meineke, I received a call from the shop and was told that my car actually isn’t starting and they don’t know what is wrong. Once again, I asked them to check the wiring. They assured me that they would perform a full diagnostic and ended up replacing my starter motor, charging my warranty company $700 to do so.

A mere SEVEN HOURS after picking my car up from having the starter motor replaced, my car once again would not start.

I contacted the owner and he suggested that the problem was probably related to a transmission bushing recall on my vehicle.

Transmission bushing was not the issue. After paying for a diagnostic at a reputable shop (Service Street on county line in highlands ranch, if anyone is looking for a good shop) it was discovered that the issue causing my car not to start was a loose connection on terminal 18 in the wiring harness.

Service street also discovered that Meineke had removed some of the interior paint on my car in order to ground the connection for my starter and left bare metal exposed. This is an issue because bare metal will corrode and rust, which would cause damage to my vehicle. I am thankful to Service Street for discovering this and repainting the area to prevent rust damage.

Engine repair and installation are big jobs and I understand that not everyone has the skill level required to complete this type of work. When your staff doesn’t have the skills required, the best course of action would be to tell customers that the work they need done is outside of your scope of practice.

It is not ok to perform shoddy work and give cars back to customers still broken, which is what this shop has a pattern of doing.

They worked diligently to fix it, and fix it to a very high professional standard. I highly recommend this service destination for all your car care needs. Extremely happy with the service.
