I placed an order for a radiator shown as in stock on the website, at a fantastic price. Firstly, their website doesn't allow credit card transactions to go through...it keeps getting stuck, so I had to switch to PayPal.

After the transaction went through, I get daily emails to confirm that my order is with them. 5 days later, I receive an email to say they had discussed with me, and have refunded me, and several other emails relating to the refund came through.

Nobody had called me to discuss. If you're advertising a product in stock, then you have it in stock. I suspect the product wasn't actually in stock, and/or they can't get it at the price they advertised, so gave me a refund.

After receiving the refund, I looked at the website, and the radiator is still there, advertised as in stock, and at the same price. Looking again the next day as I write this review, it's still showing on their website as in stock.

I'm pretty sure this firm has broken the law....if you advertise a product in stock at a price, you have to honour it....even if it turns out your price was wrong. It's their responsibility to ensure the prices advertised are correct at all times.

I do not recommend this firm. Wasted my time. I have placed my order with a different company, who within 12 hours have already given me a delivery date for the exact same radiator.

I use Mepstock a lot for my work.
There have never been any problems. Good prices, informative ordering process/updates, and on-time delivery. If done any mistake during the order proses very promptly rectified. The more attractive thing is they collect delivery charges is very less compared to others. I am genuinely very satisfied with their service.

After ordering expansion vessel from MEP It was delivered a few days later,checked invoice attached to box yes it was correct one,
When I opened box it was incorrect item,
I rang & explained to a gentleman called CHRIS (who I was later informed was a manager) he reluctantly agreed pay for the return postage this was confirmed also on there chat line,
On receiving the returned item I was refunded the purchase price but no postage
I was then asked for proof of cost of postage which I did twice!
Phone calls & numerous e mails later NO REFUND,
SO COST ME OVER £13 TO LOOK AT A CYLINDER I DIDNT ORDER!
Update 19 Feb recieved refund.company didn't like my review!

The filling loop was sent back with tank & there was no gauge supplied,
If the was anything missing why not raise the issue in the numerous email I sent (that I have proof of) when chasing my refund?

useless company - site has no security - bought products and I receive no email notification - unable to re-login to the site. no one contact me until I contacted them after 3 days online - the agent told me he needs to contact administrator and admin will contact accountant and get back to me after 30 mins - someone eventually call me back saying my money was on pending despite the money already taken out my account - after long explanation in which i don't have time or irrelevant - I asked him what he needs from me - he said my ID and statement - I was like that is what you should have told instead of wasting my time for nothing

Absolutely amazing service, quality and pricing

I was told by Mr Central Heating that they are the owners of Vokera and no one can sell it cheaper than them...... WRONG.. MEPStock can!

I wanted a quote.... By the time Mr Central heating replied... MEPSTOCK had already delivered the full works to my house... They called me text me emailed me... Through out.

Dealt with a guy called Kishore... Knew exactly what he was doing and delivered exactly when he said he will... Will definitely be using these guys for future projects.

Bought a boiler from this company and when the plumber came out to fit it was faulty rang them and they want to send an engineer out it's faulty it should be replaced or money back you don't expect to receive a faulty boiler it will never be right. It's not cheap, terrible service so upset

I needed a pump urgently. They said they had it in stock and confirmed that I would be ok to pick it up two hours later. After a one hour drive it turned out that didn't have it.
