After telling me that I had ordered the wrong part, they charged me an extra £15 and then provided me with the same part number that had clearly been used before. It felt deceptive and frustrating to be given a used item when I expected new parts for my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you value honesty and good customer

Extremely poor and disappointing experience after over 34 years of being a loyal customer to Mercedes Benz.

I took my car to the garage for a fault with my sun roof to be investigated, I paid a substantial fee to be told I require a whole new sun roof which will come at a very expensive cost.

I then decided to explore options by contacting local garages which to my surprise I was told in fact I do not need a new sun roof, simply the interior lining needed removed, screws tightened and the lining re-put on.
A job which took under 2 hours and a cost MUCH less than the 6k quoted for a full sun roof change.

After being a loyal customer to Mercedes Benz for over 35 years, I am left beyond disappointed with the service word the company which has severely went into a downward spiral.
Going forward, I’m left to only rethink giving my custom to such a company/brand.

Utterly disgraceful experience — this dealership doesn’t even deserve one star.

My vehicle was brought in for what should have been a straightforward service. Instead, it has now been off the road for nearly a year, left in a partially dismantled state, exposed to the elements, and suffering further damage due to poor handling and lack of basic care.

The original issue was misdiagnosed, leading to an expensive and ultimately pointless repair that failed to resolve the actual problem. Only after that work was done was I informed of more serious internal engine damage — something that should have been picked up from the beginning.

An independent engineering report later confirmed that the faults were long-standing and clearly detectable with even minimal mechanical competence. Despite having regularly serviced the vehicle, this garage completely missed the signs — leaving me with greater damage, a larger financial burden, and no functioning vehicle.

To make matters worse, communication has been vague and dismissive throughout. At no stage has anyone taken real accountability or offered a genuine solution.

For a dealership carrying the Mercedes-Benz name, this level of negligence and indifference is inexcusable. Based on my experience, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. Avoid it entirely if you value your time, money, or your vehicle.

I’ve had repeated issues with my Mercedes that the service centre has failed to properly diagnose or fix, despite multiple visits. An engine warning light first appeared months ago and, after repairs were carried out, the same warning light came back the very next day, along with noticeable performance issues.

A follow-up diagnostic revealed new faults that were either previously missed or ignored. Even an oil leak noted early on has now vanished from their reports , raising serious concerns about the consistency and reliability of their diagnostics.

Despite trusting Mercedes to handle the issue professionally, I’ve been left with unresolved problems, a lack of transparency, and no clear path forward. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m now considering escalating the matter to official channels.

Would not recommend based on my experience.

Spent thousands of pounds on my car over a 3 week period only for the car to fail almost straight away,car recovered by breakdown,refused a courtesy car,then a car was supplied only to be removed 20 minutes later,I’m at the end of my rope with this whole situation,I’m disgusted by how I’ve been treated over this,a bill of over £7000 and I’ve been treated like crap,I will not be dealing with or owning any more Mercedes after this,it’s completely soured my experience

Very poor experience, Very poor experience.

Day 1 - Booked in for service Tuesday dropped it off 08:10 and told I would have it in the afternoon. I had to call around 16:00 to ask what was happening only to be told it wouldn't be ready tonight.
I need a vehicle for commuting, and they then reluctantly agreed to provide a courtesy vehicle that I had to collect.
They blamed a third party for the delay but upon investigation the failing lay firmly with Newbridge Mercedes.

Day 2 - I tried calling for an update, told they would me they would call back ASAP, they did - 5.5 hours later only to be told it still wouldn't be ready until morning of Day 3.

Day 3 - Expecting am collection as advised, called at 11:30, again told I would get call back ASAP, the call came 3 hours later this time.

Car was to be washed and valeted, it has been done but to a very poor standard.

I have another vehicle to be booked in but its not going here.
