I made an appointment online after seeing a 2019 BMW 750i that I was interested in. The reply was fast, and upon arrival at my appointment, I was directed to their pre-owned showroom. There are some beautiful cars in there. Whew! If I hadn't already picked the car I wanted, I could definitely see myself getting something else from them. But I was instantly in love with mine. Everything went pretty fast after the test drive. I would say that I had the keys to the car in a little over an hour. Jorge in the financing department also went above and beyond to get me the lowest rate possible. I love the car and believe I made a great decision to do business with them.

I had a terrible experience with the Mercedes Benz Service department. I was visiting my husband at the hospital when I lost my key. I thought it might be in the trunk, and I told them by calling and texting several times to check the trunk before making a new key. They assured me it wasn't there, and I was forced to rent a car for a week. After five days, they told me my key was ready. When I opened the trunk, the key was there! one of the employee too ,I immediately asked for my money back, but the manager refused because he had to check the cameras, what are you calling me a liar? He returned $700 to me as a favor, but I later found out that they had never disconnected my original key. I asked to speak to the manager (Matt)again, but he refused to give me my money ,everything about this service is wrong, he said no and done.
I said I will call the other manager to make better decisions about this case. I called JOE the manager and he never returned my call.
The worst experience ever!!!!

Ilija was my service manager and as always was amazing.
