Traditional building, Austrian style decorated. Even though we got a free upgrade to an apartment, the heating system was not enough for the area and a little noisy (because of the convector). The walls between the rooms are not very well insulated as you can hear people from the next room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really a buffet, including local products.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the historic center. The parking has plenty of parking spots and is easily accessible. The interior of the hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are well lit, warm and comfortable. All hotel personnel was nice, helpful and understanding, I can highly recommend staying at this hotel for a couple of days during the holidays.

We stayed in the presidential suite for 4 nights and it was very spacious. There was 2 levels with a double bed on each floor. There was plenty of storage space and great views of the old town out of the window. Large private car park for which there was no charge. The room had tea and coffee making facilities which was a bonus.

As usual, an amazing stay in our "home away from home ", beautiful rooms, lobby, restaurant, wellness (jacuzzi & sauna & relaxation room), rich breakfast buffet and location. The team of Binderbubi is a hearty group of professionals that makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. Tip: they just changed the chef, so new culinary delights will be introduced to the menu. Warmly recommend!

I am staying at this hotel right now. What they DON'T tell you is that the ground floor is a rowdy bar with revelers well into the night. If you're on the first floor, as I am, you will not sleep. I went down to the front desk to ask to be moved to a room on the upper floor and she offered me some ear plugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They are more interested in the party on the ground floor than the people staying at the hotel.

We really enjoyed staying at Mercure. Located near the citadel, this hotel offers great facilities, from the continental breakfast to the spa area, the city view from the bedroom window and the peacefulness. The building is spectacular due to its woody look and beautiful wall paintings. The confy bed is enhanced by the very very clean and soft sheets. The bathroom has a shower, overall offering a clear appearance. We were welcomed at the arrival and the receptionist recommended the top floor. Such a heartwarming staying!
