Peter arrived earlier than expected. Peter got straight on with the job and didn't waste anytime. He found the problem quickly and got it sorted. Would definitely recommend Peter. Peter was respectful, friendly, knew what he was doing, left no mess and explained everything from start to finish.

Connor is a first-class operative. As a Stage 4 cancer patient I was worried about contamination from a blockage in our main drain and needed a speedy solution. Within 12hrs of my call full flow was restored and everything was disinfected. I've been using this excellent franchise for years and have always had outstanding service. The service provided was excellent. The engineer John arrived less than 2 hours after we made the call. He was very professional polite and engaging. He explained everything he was doing and showed me what had caused the issues and how he had resolved them. He also provided some tips on how to prevent further problems.

I would recommend to anyone requiring these services.

I haven't used metro rods,they came to my house but I didn't ask them to come. There's nothing wrong with my drains so don't understand who sent them here. I had to turn them away.

After calling regarding a blocked toilet the engineer attended pretty swiftly. He solved the issue within the hour and I was charged a very reasonable ÂŖ90 plus VAT. Lewis was very friendly and helpful even though he was a geordie 😂
Very highly recommend this company. Lady who answered my call initially was very helpful too. Thank you 😊
