Had a soil pipe blockage. Called Metro South Yorkshire who were very quick in responding and were upfront about the price that was reasonable. Very good and polite engineer that came out and sorted it within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend. Thank you. You saved our bank holiday!!!

Taylor and Jack came to replace our toilet and cistern. They arrived promptly at the prearranged time and carried out the work in a professional manner. Were very friendly and helpful and left the work site as clean as possible ensuring all the old pipes, toilet etc were removed.

Barnsley Council have emptied our septic tank for the last 25 years and when we called to arrange a visit we were advised they no longer provide this service. They had not advised us of this. We then spent hours trying to find a company that would help. They all made excuses as to why they couldn't oblige.
Then, fortunately, we found Metro Rod. They went above and beyond customer service. David Milner visited our property and carried out a site survey and advised it wouldn't be a problem.
Mark and Keegan turned up, on time, were professional and courteous and respectful of our property.
They completed the work efficiently and cleanly and we cannot thank them enough.
Definitely recommend this company and we will use their service again.

Ricki from Metro Rod came to unblock our drains yesterday, and what a lovely and helpful gentleman he was. Everything was explained to me in a helpful way, and his sense of humour was great. Despite being sprayed with, let’s say, something you don’t really want on you, he was totally fine about it and even made a joke. Thanks to Ricki and the rest of the team.
