Contacted Olly for an EPC and found that the service he provided was very professional, excellent communication via email to arrange an appointment which he carried out on the day and time which we had agreed. He then provided on the same day the draft EPC.

Olly was extremely helpful and quick in answering my questions, despite the fact I hadn't yet hired him to carry out the EPC survey and that my previous EPC had expired.
