Mark came to service my boiler. He is professional, reliable friendly and did the job. His prices are very reasonable, I would definitely recommend and will definitely use the service again moving forward for boiler service and plumbing needs.

Doesn't respond to calls or texts, says he's coming round on a given day - doesn't show up, doesnt respond. Pregnant wife without heating for over a week, went with someone else in the end. Wouldn't recommend.

Recently had a BAXI 800 series boiler fitted as a replacement. I requested a BAXI.
Had excellend service all done in 1 day. everything explained and will use again for the yearly service. no problems in recommending

I was very impressed with Mark's service, friendly, professional and took the time to explain the problem and solutions with my boiler.

I appreciated his honest advice, and it was clear he cared more about solving the problem rather than just trying squeeze money out of the job like some other individuals I've dealt with.

Amazing service, can't recommend highly enough. Mark came the same day the boiler broke, he diagnosed and explained the issue. He provided me a quote to repair it, then ordered the parts and came back the following day and fixed it.

Other companies who looked at the boiler told me it was beyond repair and would need replacing. Mark had it back up and running in under an hour, and for a fraction of the price.

Very friendly and professional. His rates were very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

MH Heat-Tech have undertaken a number of repairs & enhancements to our central heating system. They were quick to fix our boiler so we weren't without heat in the middle of winter. They diagnosed & fixed an illusive problem which was causing a gradual loss of pressure. We also had them fit extra radiators & thermostatic radiator valves.

They were very professional & friendly & their charges were very reasonable. It was a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable people with a real interest in their work.

We will certainly use MH Heat-Tech again & we have no hesitation in recommending them.

I HAD A boiler fitted by mark in February it cost me 2200 pounds it took him eight months to register my warranty , and it has packed up I have left him messages , he said he would come around and look at last Friday he never turned up he said he would phone me on Mon NO call I'm freezing my tail off and he still hasn't been around to fix it, I'm not a happy bunny.
