Had MHL round to fix my boiler, I was having pressure issues that a previous company couldn't diagnose, MHL attended and solved my issues within 1 hour if being on site. Absolutely fantastic company, the engineer who attended was professional and efficient.

MHL Installed my gas boiler and serviced it since installation. 5th service this year. Never had any problems, engineers are very efficient and thorough. Booking a service is easy with the online system. I book usually 4-5weeks in advance. Engineer's always text when they are on route. Pre payment at time of online booking works well. First class company with great alround customer service. Highly recommended their services.

I have to give them top marks in every respect:
Booking - polite & efficient, Call back to offer an earlier appointment,
The Engineer - Text to confirm on the way, COVID precautions fully respected, efficient & polite, everything clean & tidy at the end.
Finally text confirmation & job report by email within a few hours of completion.
And all at a very competitive price. I will definitely be using MHL again.

Excellent service from MHL, the engineer contacted us in advance with an arrival time and he was here at exactly that time. He quickly identified the source of the problem and discussed what he was going to do to to fix it. This is the first time we have used MHL but we were impressed by the end to end service thank you.
