Had a brand new pair of pants that I never wore. I took them in to get taken up and also I had deep creases in the pants that came from being folded. The lady told me she would steam the pants to get the creases out. When I went to pick them up a week later, the pants looked the exact same way they did when I dropped them off. I thought I was too early picking up but she told me she couldn’t get the creases out but still charged me for it saying she used a lot of steam? You do not guarantee to someone that you can fix something and when you can’t still charge. I was going somewhere and planned to wear these so I did not have the time to find another dry cleaner. To be honest, if she just wouldn’t have charged me for that, I wouldn’t have posted this review. She knew I was not pleased. This is bad business practice to guarantee to someone a service that you can’t complete and also charge for it. I will never go back there. If you see the pic, this is how the pants looked before and after I picked them up.

I did not enjoy the alternations. I come to this shop for the first time they charge you first and give you your items half fixed or not fixed at all. I gave them an extra day from the pickup time. Then, I don’t like the tapered length on my jacket sleeves. I just wanted them more short. It looks funny, I can’t fix it, it was a very rare item. I won’t be coming back. $45 just to sew buttons and they don’t even do it and expect you to walk out the establishment without checking. Bad business practice at this shop.

I was in a HUGE bind and needed my graduation gown pressed for same day pickup. The lady on the phone informed me I was too late. I thanked her and as I was hanging up she asked how quickly I could get there. I was 15 minutes away and she told me to bring it by! It was ready in less than 2 hours. I’m forever grateful, great customer service!

If you need a tailor these are the folks. They know what they're doing! They put belt loops on my coat and took in my coat as well. Made it a perfect fit. They fixed the inseams to my pants! Check them out.

Got a few things tailored in March and this is the 2nd item where the seaming has come undone. I was already annoyed that I was likely overcharged for my jumpsuit (pants hem was $13 while jumpsuit pants hem was $23) and the fact that BOTH leg seams are coming undone really upsets me in less than 2 months. I’ve worn this jumpsuit twice since the work was done and already the $23 alteration has come apart.

Their work LOOKS good but they use cheap thread that doesn’t hold up. I highly advise going elsewhere.

UPDATE: owner called and offered to fix the seams that came undone. Fixed work looks good. Owner tried to say the original work came undone because I washed them, but that shouldn’t make an alteration come undone. Especially 1 gentle cycle wash.

2nd UPDATE: the last picture is of the fix. The string is left loose. I gave it the slightest tug and I can feel how loosely it was tied. I’ve had alterations done several times before and NEVER have I been told I must dry clean them or else the seaming will come undone. I worry this is just going to come undone again the next time I wash it. I guess that’s how they stay in business, doing poor alterations and telling customer they must dry clean their clothes or they’ll fall apart.

Omg my baby girl senior prom was last-night .I had her dress alterations done at Michael's she looked so amazing. itwas a few glitches but it worked out for the best thanks again Michael Cleaners. She was so beautiful an excited.ty again.
