If you have a property to sell than without doubt you should use Michaels. I was having problems selling my property with other agents. Twice i put my property on the market and with other agents I received offers the same day, In each case I accepted my agents recommendations . After 16 weeks in each case the sale fell through and the information supplied to me was not correct.as the chains broke
My experience with Michaels was so different, from the minuet I
approach them they found me a buyer and keep me informed as the transaction progressed the contacted all the relevant solicitors for update information and always kept me informed.
The sale was completed in 12 weeks and I cant praise Michaels enough
