I found MicroDream through a web search as I wanted a refurbished laptop. They advertised several laptops, so a wide selection, and I found one that would suit my needs. The laptop arrived quite quickly and was well packed. Very easy to set up and the laptop looks as though it is new. Very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend.

I was impressed - I ordered a pair of Lenovo laptops from here for use with robotics students. They cope graphically with simulations and have been very stable. I will be looking for laptops here again when I require more or a refresh.

If you're not looking for the latest tech but just want a pc or laptop that will perform well and give years of reliable service this is the place for you.

I bought a laptop from these guys that completely stopped working within a few weeks. They refused to fix it. The laptop often failed on startup, then eventually gave only the blue screen of death. Micro Dream accept that the product was faulty from the beginning but claim that as I informed them of it's death a month after purchasing it, they are not obliged to repair it. My conclusion is that their testing and set up work is poor and their customer service is terrible. A lower initial purchase price is not worth the headache of dealing with such standards and the lost productivity time. Avoid.
