Highly recommended a great service both professional and timely. I had my inspection on a Wednesday and the report was received four days early the following Tuesday. I would highly recommend the services of Millard Consulting.

I recently instructed them to carry out a structural survey for an urgent client matter. The engineer Joseph Hodgdon was extremely helpful and attended the property the following morning to carry out the inspection. He then emailed the full and detailed report which I required by lunchtime that day, allowing me to progress my client's sale transaction. I would definitely use their services again for any clients I have in the area.

Best avoided IMHO, accepted the job (and cheque) but had to keep chasing for any results. Often they do not reply to emails or calls. Will say that they have everything sorted by some date which then passes without any results. Even when they finish the job you will have to chase for the final paperwork. Wish I had never used them!
