This place is a bloody joke Mini Bems they don’t deserve one star the Indians had better communication skills than this lot they told me to empty my cubberd so they could come and install a new meter..they never turned up tried to call them 7 times and not one return call they parked there cars or should I say abandoned their cars outside our home people here couldn’t get into their cars beware of this motley crew what has my housing association done to me Just look at the reviews of this company it’s scary I would rather have no heating than have this lot !! And lastly i asked if I would not be entitled to some form of good will gesture..for the hassle..and here is what they gave me A BIG FAT NOTHING THANK YOU MINI BEMS FOR NOTHING

It is quite astounding that this companies sole purpose is to bill and I have not received a bill until i requested it. They have an online acc that doesn't update with your bills so its useless. I have topped up my account and the money hasnt been deducted from my bill. There is a smart meter in my property that is also useless as it doesnt update. The only thing that is communicated properly is when they want to put up the prices.
I would say avoid but if you are like me and forced to have this company in your property i wont bother as you dont have a choice and i would guess that that is why they dont bother providing a good service or responding to the customer complaints on here!

Worst electricity company I have ever dealt with. They are unable to provide proper invoicing via email. We receive some invoices via post and some via email but the numbers just never add up and when asked for months to provide us with an overview they won’t respond or respond with the same questions again and again… working with them is like fighting windmills… avoid
