Well a week in now since i picked up my car. ALL staff are Fantastic, Lady on Reception helpful, with humour. All round great work. Complete clutch system, Rear Calliper, & pads Fair price all in all. All works faultless. THANKS ALL AT MITCHELL'S Will use you again 100%. 29th may 2025 took another car i got for a job IMPRESSED to say the least. For a awkward job it took them 45 minutes to do wile i waited. And Alison on Reception Really helpful . Thanks to all at Mitchells.

Maybe you should train your staff better! When broken down at the side of the road just outside of Haverhill I don't expect a Mitchells Rescue and Repair van to speed past laughing clearly at me! Disgusting behaviour! I'm not saying you should have stopped (although many many people did) but don't speed past laughing, you should feel ashamed

Great experience, it was my first time in this garage and I will definitely continue to use it in the future. I been there to changed the timing belt and water pump on my jaguar xf and they were very professional. The service was excellent with reasonable prices, very helpful people. I definitely recommend this garage.

I have been going to Mitchells for years and they have kept my cars on the road..
They have never let me down and are honest and transparent,( unlike other garages where you are charged for repairs you don't need) because of this they are very busy but even then will go out of their way to help if they can.

It took me a few years after I bought my car to find a garage that provided the service I wanted. There didn't seem to be anything between those that held the agencies (insincere, superficial with overdone receptions, all style, but no substance) and the grubby boys whose overriding objective is to take you for a ride. A few years ago, I found Mitchell's Motors, who are neither. They are professional, competent efficient, friendly and have gone out of their way to help me out of a couple of difficult situations. No bullshit or patter, just no nonsense good service.

I have a Peugeot Boxer Symbol campervan. Last summer, I booked her in for a mini service and an MOT. Sometimes later, I asked for change of an accelerating pedal that felt like moving through sawdust. I brought her in again last week after i saw blue smoke! Luckily it was a faulty atomiser (could have been worse). Anyway, many thanks to Darren and his team for a wonderful service. I have now booked her for the next full service and an MOT. If anyone has a campervan or a small motorhome in the area; perhaps you should consider Mitchell's Motor.

darren and the team at Mitchell’s, have been so helpful with my 1 series, have had a number of issues, and have been transparent when getting it diagnosed by them. Also helped my claim a repair on my warranty with no fuss, little bit pricier than other garages around , but not by much and 100% worth it for the quality work.
