Mitsubishi Electric have let us down badly with our Air Source Heat Pump installation. After taking our order for a dual-input water tank and air source heat pump last November, they quietly discontinued the water tank but kept on telling us it'd be here in three months time. Finally, 9 months later in August, they told us that the product had been discontinued shortly after our order was placed. We feel utterly let down by this company and their failure of management. We missed out on the RHI and will probably miss out on the boiler upgrade scheme too. That said, the staff in the heating department were as helpful as they could possibly be and a pleasure to speak to.
