So pleased I found these guys. Took my clients scooter in after trying another mobility shop and wanted second opinion. They booked it in and sorted making it function again restoring my clients independence once again. We were in a place of potentially having to dish out a good chunk of money on a new one (which the client didn’t have) and they fixed it all for price of an hours labour (£45).
Lovely people, local, independent, family run.. what’s not to like 👍

My mother Chris bought this scooter a few weeks ago. The service was amazing they could not do enough for my parents. They were very patient and organised the scooter and a car lift to be fitted in a short space of time. I would definitely recommend this company to any one looking to purchase a scooter.

My mum was in need of a newer lightweight mobility scooter and as we'd previously used Eco Scooters we went along not knowing it had changed ownership and name. From the minute we walked in the door we treated like we'd known them for years, a fabulous personal service. They showed us various models until mum settled on one she liked and was comfortable on, they had to order one in for her which they did straight away on day and delivered it to her home 3 days later, explaining again how to use it, fold it down etc. I couldn't recommend MLV Mobility highly enough.

Fantastic company to deal with and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mobility needs.

I first got in contact with MLV mobility when my existing scooter broke down, Anthony arrived at the breakdown and unfortunately my scooter was unable to be repaired as it would cost way too much for me to afford, to which he advised me that he does sell mobility scooters over a range of different payment schemes I.e pay monthly, finance, motability scheme etc.

I went the next day to his shop based in Worksop where I purchased a komfy 8 second hand scooter as I needed a scooter asap to get my son to school due to walking issues.

From arriving at the shop me and my dad received a very warm welcome, Anthony explained everything in great detail and helped me purchase my scooter alongside insurance and delivered it for me as it was too big for my dads vehicle.

They were so helpful that my dad also purchased a brand new scooter!

Anthony has not long left my house as I had a puncture on my back wheel, as I was covered by insurance they recovered my scooter home and it has just been repaired! A turn around of 5 hours from start to finish. You wouldn’t get better service anywhere else!

I highly recommend using this family run business as they really do look after their customers and go out of their way to make sure you’re not stranded without a mobility vehicle, accommodating where they can!

I can't recommend Anthony enough. What a lovely helpful guy he is and so glad my mum and I found him. He has gone above and beyond to look after us both. After keeping me going with my old scooter, I decided it was time to get a newer one. Anthony listened to my needs and gave me a choice of scooters to chose from. He drove to my home with them and I test drove the one I really liked. What a beauty. I love my new scooter and it goes like a dream. I'm not struggling anymore. Thank you MLV for a fab service x
