I really want this company to work bc it’s extremely convenient and doesn't use plastic, but it’s been a constant headache the past few months.
They miss an order at least once a month. We bought the box they sell to keep critters out and they hardly ever put our goods inside it. Leave the empties half the time. Orders are constantly wrong or mixed up.
Hoping it’s just a bad few months and they can work out the issues. It was pretty good the first year when we had Helen. No idea who delivers now but broke glass all over the steps last week and just left it all there.

We've tried to persevere with this company over the last 4 or so years, but they really are pretty terrible! We don't use our front door and have left instructions for milk to be delivered to the back door both on the app, and with repeated messages to the company, but they still persist in delivering milk to the front door, and leaving all our empty milk bottles piling up by our back door. The last straw this week has been that when the milkman did deliver the milk to the correct (back) door, they left all our empty milk bottles behind. However, contacting anyone from the company is near impossible.
Orders delivered are often incorrect, too.
We've left 2 stars rather than 1, because the app does allow you to update your requirements for the following day up until 8pm the night before, which is helpful.
All in all, we'll probably call it a day and cancel! It's just not worth it.

Reckon you could rag the van around any louder or faster at 1:45am? Also, who wants milk delivered at that time, mid summer, when it's 17 degrees so it's sits out for 5 hours?

Reviews are awful as well. What people subscribe to this lol

Lovely lady that came around but really pushy! You dont really feel like you're able to say no. I didnt even know what it was for but she wanted me to download the app and add stuff to the cart straight away so the discount code could be added. Our first order arrived and some was unfortunately inedible. 4 pears for nearly £2 that had to go straight into the bin and my Mums got left outside her outward opening door so the glass bottle of apple juice smashed and her eggs aren't there either. Nice idea but sadly poor experience.

Edited to add: customer service was fantastic and dealt with my complaint and I did receive a refund for the pears.

If you don’t respond to any of my requests to cancel my order with you, I will come to your office to return the ‘produce’ you ‘delivered’ (hence reason for cancelling, attached is just one example, there are more). I’d make a joke about how I can understand that it is possible for a request to be ‘pasteurised’ but given you’d have to know what milk is to understand it, I won’t bother.

Udder disgrace (another pun, again, you wouldn’t get it).

Seriously, can I have my money back that you keep taking?

it's the worst service and products. it was my first order and we didn't like any of their products.
no phone number works, chat option doesn't work either after updating app.
there's no option to cancel orders. you can just pause the orders.
i just wanted to delete account on their app but no option there. that means they would continue deliver those repeat orders and grab money from my account..

I do not need to use this brand to know the people they are sending out to push their product are pushy and disrespectful. I young woman came to my door and tried to get me to sign up for having milk delivered. I found her pushy and when I informed her I wanted to look into the product she told me I had " trust issues" for wanting to make sure the product worked for me. Rude and I am sorry not for me, no matter how good your product. Also cold calling is well I would consider in this day and age not very clever, people are suspicious of scams because this is the age we live in. More so when the young woman said she has travelled from Leeds to call out my house in Huddersfield for a Skipton based company. I pity any senior person who opens a door to her as she pushy when you don't want to sign up there and they and really could not understand why someone might want to look into things to see if its right for them.

Save yourself the agro and use someone more local who your can trust or go to a farm shop. I am not being funny but this brand is well dodgy and with so few happy customers the really need a kick in the pants when it comes to service.

I've been using these guys for about 3 months now. I just buy milk. The service is pretty flexible and it's easy to update your orders online if you do it in advance. Not had any problems.

The milk is FANTASTIC. Tea tastes so much better with real, non-homogenised milk. And you can use the cream from the top in yer coffee.

The only thing i wish they did was to do double cream in smaller bottles. (1 pint is far too much in one go).

*Updated after 5 months* I've dropped them down from 5 stars to 3 stars. While the product (milk!) is great, the service has become erratic and unpredictable; milk sometimes turn up on a bank holiday, sometimes it doesn't.
Pus, it is too difficult to understand if you have paid for milk that doesn't turn up. I will look for a new service in the coming weeks.

They've sorted the service issue out and now dont have any problem .
Not 5 stars as i'm not convinced they are good for the industry - back in the day the dairy's used to do the milk delivery; now we have a middle man, so that can't be better for the dairys.
