Used this firm a lot for my properties over the years . Paid £thousands in fees - always on time
Decided to build an annexe in st Andrews and it received planning permission despite Darren complaining to his friend in Fife council Lyle smith who is planning enforcement officer who complained and threatened enforcement on me even though it was built exactly to planning regs and building regs .

Decided to build another one and Darren promptly dropped me as a client saying I was “ bringing his firm into disrepute “ even although it was him that called planning enforcement on me when everything was done according to plan
Very unprofessional to call an enforcement officer on a client .
A complaint has gone in to RIAS.
The other guys are great though - Jo and Mike
Just Darren happy to lose business this way from his Ivory Tower .
