Moorland fuels are fabulous! We got caught out with ordering fuel and ended up running out. Mark managed to get the fuel out to us with incredible urgency and efficiency. Ryan the delivery driver was super friendly, I couldn’t be happier, this is our permanent supplier from now on! Thank you!

After having trouble getting oil previously from suppliers as it’s a “through house” delivery. Contacted moorlands asking if they can carry out that service which they said they could. Took my money, two weeks later on delivery day, they refuse to deliver as it’s through home. The hose only goes through the garage, but the driver was unable to walk 3meters through a sunroom. All the delivery method was described whilst ordering. Now have to wait for my money to be returned before I can place another order with a competent firm. I would recommend Winson fuels to anyone over moorlands.

We were a new customer and I asked for a quote, I decided to place the order of 3500 ltrs of fuel and paid a large amount of money to secure the order. Received a phone call the following day asking me for more money as they had made a mistake and quoted me the wrong amount and would not stand by there order. I therefore cancelled the order and asked for my money back, was told this would be in my account within a couple days. A week later and I am still waiting for my money back, have tried ringing the accounts but no one available.

An utter disgrace of a company. Promised oil would be delivered yesterday. No show. Said it would definitely arrive today and we were first on the list. 3pm, nothing. Called them to be told it's definitely still coming. An hour later they call back to say it's not coming. Now left for the weekend with no hot water, no heating and no oven.

If you enjoy being constantly lied to, use Moorland fuels. Naturally we never will again.

Wow, I had a brilliant experience. It is all down to one amazing woman: Kate!

She enabled me to have oil over an Easter weekend, when I desperately needed it and no one else or company could help.

I’m so grateful to Kate; she was calm, helpful, she managed out of kindness to drop off oil with her 4x4, and nothing felt too much. Honestly she is a huge asset to Moorland fuel - I’m sold!
And an amazing, remarkable lady and she made my day!
