We went up to the City Plumbing to get some bits for the back of a leaking boat toilet. Jim Farrell happened to be nearby and went out of his way to help us identify some parts. All of the above. Jim came out straightaway to fix our boiler as we were without heating and hot water in early March. He was quick, efficient and went beyond what he needed to do despite it being late evening. He was also very cheery and friendly, didn't overcharge and we would highly recommend him.
