This store needs to do better for it's customers! I visited today and could not find a trolley, asked a member of staff to report it and organise more trolleys as they were all sitting at the far end of the car park, I was met with. It's not my job to do so attitude, it's too much trouble for me, attitude. I was disgusted. I then went to the cafe to order breakfast. Unfortunately, they're not able to do breakfast today because their machinery has broken down. The toilet facilities are disgusting, they are constantly dirty, they smell terrible and they are not cared for in any way, shape or form with broken locks, broken doors and filth on the floor. My visit to Morrisons in Hamilton is one of the worst I have had. This store needs to do better for its loyal customers i ended up leaving without shopping.
It was awful. I will not be returning.

Hopeless. Not enough staff. Checkouts have long queues as many of them are not open. The cafe is never serving after lunchtime due to staff shortages. The local Morrisons store has gone downhill badly in recent months which is a great shame. I still shop there but not as regular and don't spend as much either.

Put to 2 stars due to the night security guy who wheres the bandana!
Follows you around and its creepy. I can't concentrate on getting my shopping done. I feel like we all have a personal security guard following us around.
I have worked in the security industry for over 10years now and never have I felt this way about any other fellow security.
I do give credit where it's due and the day security is really nice. He has a quick chat and makes sure your ok, if you need anything he helps you find it when there's no morrisons staff around the Isles.

Very messy store. Products out of date and damaged all over the shelves. Staff not helpful at all, standing and talking with other members of staff.

Store was recently revamped, looked great when done, didn't last long though, store looks dirty, lots of empty shelves and really short dated/out of date perishable goods on shelves, have stopped shopping in this store for reasons listed above

Nice layout, stay always available to help, store very tidy, fish counter today Ailsa very nice girl there to answer my questions and offering the kids to help themself to lolly pop. Very happy instore today. But not in cafe. Poor selection of of cakes no cheesecakes or cream cakes no tea plates out had to ask cups that was in storage box still dirty from dish washer. Managed to find 3 good 1s. Some times you go in and only 1 coffee machine working and big ques behind you.
