Where to start? This place blew me away. From Vic, the front man running the show..to Warren, the boss man fixing my car. Every single person I met was so lovely. Very fair pricing. Explained things in great detail. This is a hard industry for a women to need to use because it’s so easy to take advantage of people who don’t actually understand the industry. They did not do that. They were up front, fast and fair. This is my new home for car work. Thanks guys ❤️

I had a great experience with Mosaic Motors! From the first inquiry with Vic to getting my car. He was very personable and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in quickly and identified legit issues that I was able to address. They also recommended other routine maintenance that I could follow up on later. I have an older Acura and will be taking it back to Mosaic for all my needs until the wheels fall off!

I simply can’t say enough great things about my experience at Mosaic Motors. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. Their service in every single area, - including: customer service and decent human kindness; knowledge of my vehicle; diagnosing the problem with a conservative approach and consulting with me every step of the way; reliable trustworthy work; and beyond fair pricing (instead of overinflated typical car repair ripoffs)… is all light years ahead of the Mini Cooper car dealership and Midas Muffler shops I used to rely on.

A very special bonus, - they don’t treat female customers like idiots that don’t know about cars. I certainly can’t say that about the dealership or Midas…. I was referred to them by another satisfied customer.

Wherever I live in the DMV and whatever future cars I may drive, this is my forever ‘go to’ place for car service. Thank you to ace front man Vic, and to the owner (he personally came out to thank me for being a customer) to everyone that worked on my car… you all are the DMV car service ROCKSTARS!!!

I have been taking my elderly car (20+yrs) to Mosaic Motors since I started driving. They have kept my old girl on the road. They are great at helping me determine what is critical to repair and what we can wait on. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgable, and amazing--couldn't ask for better mechanics! I will be taking my car there till her dying day, and I will not buy another without their seal of approval.
