For the price of these vans, the quality is genuinely impressive. People often forget that when buying second-hand commercial vehicles, a few scuffs or marks are completely normal you get what you pay for, and in this case, I got great value. The whole process was seamless, and the team were honest and transparent from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Motor 2 Go for anyone looking for reliable vehicles and straightforward service.

From start to finish, this has been a very pleasant and easy experience.

Meer was a resolute professional in the sales process, he put no pressure at all and made the transaction flawless.

Bought a van off of them and it had a spare wheel on, I was told if I purchase a new wheel through them it’ll be with me within a week… 6 weeks later a wheel showed up.

The rim did not match my other wheels, the tyre was completely bald as well as chunks missing out of it. On the phone they are so unhelpful and rude. They are now saying I have to send the wheel back to them and they will “cover the shipping cost” I would not trust them and there after sales is horrific.

Do not recommend.

Stay away at all costs!!!
I had no intention of writing a review but these kind of dealerships need to be framed and shamed.
If zero star was possible, this company would’ve definitely achieved that. Worse customer service I ever received from any company.
I get better customer service from my local corner shop than these guys. No honesty and transparency right from the start from this dealership. Sold me a high performance car which was not road worthy. 10 miles driving down from the dealership, warning lights started to appear on the dash - oil level light, tyre pressure light, coolant and suspension light. When I stopped over to put some engine oil in the car, I found out the car had some more faults too which were not stated on the advert or told beforehand. Told me the car would have a fresh service before I came to collect the car only to find out when the oil light came on, they had not carried out the service and they ‘forgot’ to mention it to me. Had to drop the car back off to the dealership which is 2 and a half hours away for them to rectify the issues. Got told everything will be sorted within 1 and a half week and they would drop the car back off to me. Whenever I rang, I would get told Abraham the manager is busy and I would get a call back. A day later still no call back and it would be me who was chasing them up. Also a day before they were supposed to drop the car off to me, Abraham messaged saying the parts will be here on the 6th January and I will get the car after that. Bearing in mind my finance had already started 2 weeks prior and I was already out of pocket of £177 (got proof of all the costs) due to buying temp car insurance cover on numerous occasions, engine oil and fuel to drive to the dealership and back. Initially the dealership had promised they will reimburse my costs but then Abraham said once they get the health report from the specialist garage, only then they might reimburse me as long as I did not cause the damage on the car. Really unprofessional and low of how they are blaming the customer for issues on the car which he did not cause, especially when the warning lights came on right from the start. I took pics and informed everything to the dealership as soon as I started to notice the faults on the car. They would also not return the funds back to the finance company as I cancelled my finance. I have been chasing this company non-stop for over 3 weeks so they can return the funds and also reimburse my costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Motor2Go. I purchased a van from them that stopped working shortly after the purchase. When I tried to use the Silver Package I bought, they did everything possible to avoid honoring it. They kept blaming the issue on something outside the package, even though it's clearly a problem with the engine that they should be fixing. Now I'm stuck with a hefty £2,000 repair bill and no support from them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable customer service or honoring their commitments.

Just bought my car from Motor2Go and had a great experience. The staff were helpful and honest, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The car was exactly as described and priced fairly. Would definitely recommend them.
