The best dang motorsports dealer in CO! Big shout out to the owner Lee and the salesman Kyle who helped me get my new snowmobile, they really helped me get the best bang for my buck and I really appreciate all they did, 10/10 would recommend

I asked to use there scale, they were ok enough to let me use it, but I couldn't get it to work. When I went inside to ask for help, Craig or Greg, who ever the old guy in the front is, did not want to help and actually tried to make me feel dumb for not knowing how to use it. If it's too hard for you to help or don't want to, just tell me so that I'm not waisting your time or mine. Like I said, they let me use it and I have no reservation against that, but the attitude just for something as simple as how to use the scale was enough to make him act like I was asking him for something impossible or like he had better things to do, its just a bad way to present yourself as a person and I assume that would also effect your customer service if you're willing to treat people who come in like that. Don't need a comment defending his actions either, just voicing what I saw and experienced.

I have purchased several bikes from them, and the service and attention to detail is outstanding. I absolutely hate dealing with the silverthorne part guy, I think his name is Greg. He's condescending, rude and usually dead wrong about what part I need.
If I have to go in for anything, which I try not to specifically because of this guy, I try to fully know and understand what I need.
Example, I went in for a shifter. One of the guys there was really helpful but wasn't sure if a particular shifter would fit. Greg angrily look up the part number like it was the end of the world. Tried to sell me a universal shifter that I was certain wouldn't fit. When I bought the one that I thought would fit he basically told me I was wrong and I couldn't bring it back. I was right.

Kyle is great, the team is fantastic, 3 machines in, too many tires, and 2 more machines to come. Nothing but great experiences, energy, and product knowledge. These guys are great, like a big family.

Recently bought a 2022 KTM from Lee & his team. His new retail/sales manager JT brings a different type of energy to the place and really shows his knowledge of all things motor when speaking with him. Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly folks! Highly recommend using for all your new bike, sled, motor needs! Lee & JT even went so far to invite me out to ride with him & friends to learn and give me some pointers on my new KTM 250. Really got me comfortable on my new rig.
