Fantastic Experience! I Recently bought a CCTV system from here, ended up speaking with Craig. Despite a barrage of technical questions from me, he really couldn't do enough to help showing he's very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel like I was in safe hands for such a big purchase. I will certainly be returning here in future as I got very well looked after by the Mr Ohms A Team - cannot recommend them enough.

I was at my ma in laws house to change a light bulb for her and had the wrong type. I was miles from this wholesaler and without a car. Spoke to Craig who got someone to deliver it to me within thirty minutes of receiving my phone call. One might expect such great service if you were a regular customer but to help out a stranger on the phone was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you sir, you restore my faith in humanity.

My parents went to Mr Omes last week and specifically asked for a bathroom heater , when the heater arrived it clearly stated not for use in a bathroom !. They took it back and got a refund MINUS 10% because it had to be sent back . This totally unacceptable, why should my parents be out of pocket when it was not their mistake !!!.
