Drivers are 10/10, lady on the phone is 1/10.

Quoted me £240 on a skip which I was happy with & upon collection wanted £280 as apparently that’s the quote from the start which 110% wasn’t.
(If lines were recorded they’d see I was right)

Competitors are charging £240/£250 so why would I want to pay £40 extra ?
Lady on the phone did not care at all and was just plain rude.

Also on the skip it says £150 for 10 days so that might need spraying over.

First time user and a great service . Did order it for a Friday originally but rang them up and said could it be delivered for the Thursday instead and they said yes . Rang them up after a few days and they collected it the same day as the phone call. Would recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Awful customer service from this company. Girl on the phone repeats the same lines . All day collection, give no timescales at all. Called at lunch just to be told that when we asked for it to be collected in the morning. I then called again to be told there was no ticket booked for the collection of the skip. Told it was my problem. Asked for the manager equally as awful. No empathy, plain rude didn't seem to know anything. Told would be next morning collect and next thing you know someone's is turning up.

Ordered a builder’s skip cheapest price in the area, it came on the same day as requested within a couple of hours. Called for collection a few days later and a guy came to pick it up in 20 minutes. It was all bricks and rubble but didn’t have any complaints about the weight as I’ve had off others in the past. Excellent service!

Had a skip from them, a big builders & had it for 3 weeks as we are renovating our home & they never hassled us for it back like others have in the past. Lovely drivers, good price & delivered & collected the same day I called. 10/10!

Awful service! Left a FULL skip blocking our gates to our drive for 2 days, and after complaining it still took them 2 days to move it! The cars could not get onto the drive nor could my dad get his pick up into the gates which is where its always stored overnight, so it had to stay outside and at risk of theft🙄 their excuse for leaving it there was that they had "no access" because the gates were closed, im sorry but have you heard of opening the gate and knocking on the door? So when I knew they were due to come and collect this skip, I left them a note in the skip saying that we close the gates because we have a dog, and to knock the door if they'd like to open them to gain access to the main drive, so they came this afternoon, I saw them through the window and the driver was on the phone saying again that the gates were "locked" so they couldn't get in, eventually they used their brains and opened the gates to come onto the drive, and they took the skip away, not so much as a knock on the door or anything, just came and went, the customer service is diabolical and the cheek that they have for leaving a full skip blocking someone's drive for 2 days is absolutely disgusting! Stay clear of these, wouldn't ever use them again.

If I could give a zero then I would. My neighbour had their skip collected but ended up damaging my wall. Just spoke to the lady and she is trying to tell me that their drivers are very careful as they know it would come out of their own money. She also tried to tell me that she had a look on Google and that my wall was already like that!! What on earth!?! I told her she needs to look at Google at the reviews and how much other properties have been damaged by this company. She has denied responsibility and I will be taking action against them. Don't use these people, absolutely disgusting!!
