Had a few things repaired by them with no problem and purchased a few items that they happily price matched. Highly recommended. ALWAYS talk to these guys first rather than trying to deal with the fools at Karcher directly.

Surprisingly very competitive on price. I had been after a pressure washer since just after lockdown. MTH kept me informed with regard to delivery. When I picked it up they offered to put it together for me (offer gladly accepted) and went through a very thorough handover on how to get the best from it. GREAT SERVICE. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a part for a sweeper, they sent the wrong part this would normally be no problem however I have now waited for 7 months and still no part. I have made 19 phone calls and not had single call returned. They have offered no apology for the poor service whatsoever. They have basically stolen my money.
Please avoid this company at all costs there are many companies out there that deserve the business.
I cannot give this company a poor enough review. A man there called Kevin should be totally ashamed of himself, simply cannot apologise or accept any responsibility all he wants to do is pass the buck. NEVER ONCE HAD A CALL BACK!!

Dealing directly you get a much better customer experience than an off the shelf retailer like Hombase. Also the added benefit of a free extra years warranty, so 3 years not 2 and a superior knowledge base.

I purchased a Karcher pressure washer from the ‘largest supplier of Karcher’ on eBay. When the Karcher failed to switch on on the second only use I went back to the company I purchased it from. They were very unhelpful and told me to contact Karcher directly. This is despite them advertising their excellent after sales service and warranty in their advert! I contacted MTH Cleaning Equipment to see if they could help as they were the nearest Karcher dealer to me. Dean went above and beyond my expectations! As he lived local to me, he picked up my Karcher and took it to their service centre. As promised he called a few days later with the findings. He then even dropped it back to me the next day on his day off! I can wholeheartedly recommend this family business and praise them for their efficient and professional service. It turns out the fault was ‘user error’....how embarrassed am I!!
