Highly delighted with the service. We had a problem with our boiler which was whistling when in use, we called on a Thursday afternoon and they arranged to call next day. They arrived found the fault ordered the parts and fitted the same day .we would recommend them to anyone

During a very stressful time, the Multi Heat were great and really calmed the situation down, the engineer arrived on the agreed date and time, he was very courteous. The work was completed within the agreed time frame and he cleared up the area. The invoice was clear and as agreed over the phone. I'm very happy with the new boiler!

Pleasure dealing with Gareth, power flushed my boiler, fitted and magnetic filter. Identified and resolved several issues with the boiler and now the heating system is working perfectly.
