The most welcoming bodybuilding gym in the area. My teenage niece has been training for 4 years and this was her first experience of "a real gym" staff are supportive and couldn't have been more welcoming. We spoke to lovely members and I'm so glad this was her first experience in a gym of this kind. I'd highly recommend to women in the area, other "bodybuilding" gyms can be stand offish but Muscle Lab was quite the opposite and my niece loved it 💪🏽 Will definitely be back when I'm in Glasgow again!

Really good bodybuilding gym that’s getting better. Never really that busy. Great variety of machines that are well maintained. Tunes that get played are really good. Staff are very kind, helpful & friendly. Good variety of pre & post workout supplements too.

You will struggle to find a better gym than this in scotland , bodybuilding / boxing / sauna/ ice baths/ hyrox unit , unreal

Absolutely amazing gym! Muscle Labis hands down the best gym I've been to in Scotland. The equipment selection is unbeatable—you're spoilt for choice, no matter what muscle group you're training. Great atmosphere, top-notch facilities, and everything you need for a serious workout. Highly recommend!
