Very happy with solar and battery system fitted last year. So decided to have the air source heat pump installed by them again. The owner cares and looks after customers. Trust worthy company with great communication. I would recommend to everyone.

Honestly really disappointed with this company and definitely wouldn't recommend. The workmen damaged property, left a complete mess and messed us around by never showing up when they said they would. Lots of excuses. We ended up leaving a key for one to let himself into the kitchen, he went looking around our living room and let our house cat out!!
We complained about the mess left and damaged to property, the scaffolders took responsibility and reimbursed us for a smashed up plant pot which they tried hiding. Sadly the roofers replied to our complaint with a letter basically taking no responsibility. My energy solutions took no responsibility and when we said this wasn't good enough, and they should take responsibility if the roofers weren't, as they were who we contracted, they then ignored all emails. 6 months later and emails remain ignored. I'd definitely stay away and avoid this company!!

Very poor at cooperation, we have erected & dismantled scaffolding for them and have fail to pay there invoice. No one returns call or emails. If you have been asked to do work for them avoid at all costs.

From start to finish the service has been very good. The installers were clean, tidy and polite and were happy to answer questions truthfully. The Myenergy Solutions office staff have been very helpful setting up the system and very helpful in answering any questions. Very happy overall and would certainly recommend.

It was a smooth process overall with clear upfront communication in the start with the quotes. The guys came on time, installed in a day. I’ve since had to contact the company to change some settings and understand the programming. Excellent support provided.

MyEnergy Solutions were brilliant from start to finish. Good price, quick to survey and install, great communication. Within 4 weeks we had a 6kw system installed and running well. Now just waiting for Power grid to pull their finger out!
