Robbers and cheaters.
I was a good customer, built 6 houses, and got a lot of materials costing hundreds of thousands of pounds

Caught Norman robbing me on timber, lead, slaters tubs and other materials, charging 30-40-50%% above going rate compared to others.

He couldn't care less when I confronted him. He saw an opportunity to overcharge a customer
and took it without scruples.

Check everything when buying from Bells, especially invoices as they are often not what was priced verbally. They are always more expensive, never less. You will notice a pattern.

If youre building new houses, shop around at Murdochs and Mcblair for lower prices. They are much cheaper.

Prices should be shown inc. Vat to let you know how expensive it is. I feel staff could do with customer care courses as any time I have been in they just seem as though they dont want to be there

I love this place, tools, hardware, really helpful staff. It's a great place, don't take my word go visit it, you won't be disappointed if you like building, DIY, tools or stuff for the house, either inside or outside.
