How is it possible that a company that supplies hardwired alarm systems are not available at the weekend? The alarm in the photo has been going off for 32 hours, causing significant disturbance to residents, families and pets in the local area. This is the second time this has happened - the alarm is attached to The Audley Arms pub in Chippenham, Wiltshire, which is boarded up and there is no contact info for the current owners of the site. Not only do NpIT have inadequate levels of customer support but evidently their security system is not fit for purpose. I would suggest thinking long and hard about using services from this company

NP IT does not answer the phone, return messages or respond to emails. If you have any issues with the equipment they installed, they will not help you. You are not considered a customer of theirs and they are too busy to help you. The equipment manufacturer (Control4) no longer recognises them. Be cautious of dealing with this business.
