I contacted Naked Solar back in January for an installation around Aug/Sept time and was finished a few weeks ago. As they are a Cornish company they must have had the expertise of working on Cornish slate tiles which are very brittle and crack easily. They didn’t disappoint. From their appointed scaffolding Co, Electricians and Installation Team, all very professional, Friendly and great ambassadors for the company down to their sales team who over the 8 Months amended the quote several times as and when equipment prices had dropped.I would therefore not hesitate to recommend them as I consider to be heads above other companies in the Solar business.

We just had a new solar panel system installed by Naked Solar. The service was excellent from the initial design by Joe Williams to the final installation by the Exeter team: Zac, Harry, Josh and Dave as well as Neil who took care of all the electrical work, battery installation and electrical connections.

The whole team was extremely friendly and polite but most importantly they were competent and communicated all niggles and problems they encountered on site immediately and directly with a suggested solution for our approval. In my opinion clear communication is key to the success of any project and the lads did themselves proud in this regard. It was a true pleasure to work with the team and to have them on site.

I would highly recommend Naked Solar without any reservations.

We specified the hardware required and Naked Solar did the rest. The service from Naked Solar and the quality of the installation is difficult to fault. The result is exactly what we wanted and the system works exceptionally well. Our annual electricity bill has halved since the installation which, considering we also charge our electric car at home, exceeds expectations. Naked Solar have more experience than most solar installers and it shows. Highly professional and highly recommended.

Naked Solar fitted solar panels and a Tesla battery about 2-3years ago. Last year we added some extra panels and this year we queried about an extra battery. Naked Solar guided and advised throughout the whole process of buying and installing my solar system. I was given choice and never felt pressurised into buying anything. Florence in particular had patience in answering all my queries. Fitters and elcetrician were professional, clean and tidy and I never felt uncomfortable with them around. Naked Solar are my go to firm for anything to do with solar power and systems.

Naked Solar installed a Tesla battery to complement our existing solar PV array. The company has an outstanding “green” ethos and enthusiasm for renewables which runs right through. It’s more than just a business for these people and I applaud them for that. It is no surprise that the company is expanding. In our case the installation process went very smoothly. The office team were efficient and the electrician was highly experienced and … interestingly, also full of praise for his employer. These are people you can trust.
Our certified Passivhaus is nearly self sufficient in energy now that we have battery storage. And as a bonus the Tesla offers whole house backup during a power cut. A facility we have already benefited from. Well done Naked Solar
