A professional and reliable service. I called about Mole in the garden and John came to view the area, gave a professional advice, possible solution and a realistic cost. When he came back to set the traps, i suggested where to place the traps but he made a recommendation, in less than 24hrs the trap was triggered (mole caught in the trap). We had what we thought was a mouse or rat in an air conditioning unit which we no longer used and we called Krypton pest control. Not only did they come out within a couple of days, but they also helped to take the disused unit off the wall and exposed the vents. They then put some bait in the vents free of charge and left us with it for a couple of weeks. Luckily, we had no further visits and the bait wasn't touched, we've since filled in the holes left by the vents. We were told that there would be a charge if we needed further action. Really genuine and helpful company that I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Well done!

John has been incredible and I'm really glad to have used Krypton Environmental.

I called John out of hours because I thought I heard scratching in the walls but it turned out to be nothing. Not only did he let me borrow some kit in order to check the walls for my own piece of mind, I called him back for several pieces of pest-prevention work:
- Meshing up several air bricks to avoid bees/wasps settling in
- Spikes on the guttering of my property and next door to stop pigeons from nesting
- Mesh installed around next doors solar panels to remove the pigeons living there (and clearing out the guttering next door from all the mess the pigeons had left)
- Sealing an open hole where the previous owners had used for a tumble drier exhaust which could have been a risk for pests to get in.

At every step of the way John has been incredibly professional. He has worked with me to make sure he understands my needs before taking on work and always ensured that I'm satisfied with the work done before moving on.

John responded immediately and came to investigate the problem.
He returned regularly to check the status and continued until he and we were completely satisfied the situation had been resolved.

Krypton was recommended to us by our housing agency after we discovered a bed bug infestation in our student flat. We called them on a Friday and had a survey booked for the following Monday. Throughout the whole process Krypton has been fast and responsive, always coming in quickly whenever any new issues arose. It's taken a few fumigations to fully deal with the problem but all treatments were covered by our initial payment package-- really excellent value, and it was so reassuring to know that we could rely on them to come back without having to spend loads more!!

We've been bed bug free for about three weeks now, so we're not 100% out of the water just yet, but Krypton has reassured us that they'll be straight back if any more beasties show up. Big thanks to Mike for his friendly attitude and support throughout what has been a very stressful time. We recommend Krypton wholeheartedly. 🙂

I saw wasps high up in the brickwork outside near to the landing window of my house. I called John and he booked and promptly came. He was calm, clear about what treatment was needed and what I should expect in terms of when the wasps would be gone. Within 12 hours they were gone! And he used a pump which he extended up to the nest on an enormous big pole. He was clean and tidy and warned me to stand well back as the wasps flopped out covered in white powder. Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needs be.

After just moving homes I quickly discovered the neighbour and I were also sharing our homes with rats. Much to my horror in discovering this had been a long-standing problem. After contacting Krypton Environmental, which l found on Swindon Council website, an immediate visit was arranged. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, reassuring, understanding, provided an in-depth review of the properties to ascertain how they were gaining access to the walls and roof.
