I am so glad I found Nantwich Nutrition. I went to loose weight, but you get so much more! I have lost weight, inches and visceral fat (never knew about that before). I am more hydrated, feel so much better in myself, sleeping better, my skin is amazing and most importantly of all, I feel so much better by just by being in club! The staff are so friendly and supportive, there is never anything negative, ever if the scales don't go in your favour, it's more than just what the scales say. I have made new friends, found new health benefits and have a new approach to nutrition and healthy living.

I joined Nantwich Nutrition 23rd March 24. I wanted to lose 2 stone for my daughter’s wedding on 2nd August 24. So I had 4 months really. And my word did it do the trick. The club is super friendly and encouraging. I felt totally supported and knew the results would come. The wedding day was amazing. I was a very proud mother of the bride. And very proud I got my act together and joined Nantwich Nutrition when I did. I would recommend to anyone needing to ‘sort themselves out’. Thank you Carol and Roy xx (before and after pic. I joined last January. I loved going to the club. But I had some digestive issues and am complicated. I can't sing praises enough for Carole Roy and the team. They supported me tried different types of foods and shakes ie vegan soya etc. I had to stop for a while but sent my hubby. JOHN HAS DONE AMAZING!. He isn't so keen on the club aspect so drops in at 7am on way to work. Roy has continued to keep in touch with me throughout this year supporting us both. I am intending to try again and already have been given guidelines on reintroducing. What is key for me is that they listened to me and bent over backwards to help plan meals etc around my issues. Brilliant supportive people with keen sense of humour and zero judgement partly because it's not all about the weight loss its about you holistically. Hydration, fat around the organs, bone health, overall health and energy. I'm looking fwd to going with hubby once medical peeps are happy to try again!

With much skepticism I started at is Nantwich Nutrition. Within a week I was hooked. The community is second to none and is a safe place to be with tons of support. The plan is so easy and works, producing a stone loss and at the same time improving my internal health so much. I finally returned to the gym after a long year long struggle with severe health challenges and am seeing great results already. Great, healthy, easy, balanced nutrition plans that work! Finally, Carol, Roy, and the team are amazing people!

I joined this club in December tired of trying all kinds of different diets and plans but nothing was sustainable and the weight piled back on.  This club has taught me so much more about food especially how important protein is and how best to increase intake on a daily basis. The weight is coming off nicely, am just approaching 2 stone and I'm confident that it will stay off this time. The support from the coaches is fantastic and they are always there to help and guide you. I would highly recommend.

After spotting an advertisement on Facebook I contacted Carol from Nantwich Nutrition & went for a Health assessment as I was feeling low on energy , overweight & really unhealthy . After going for the free health assessment I decided to join the club. Once I had got my head around the plan & the way to change my eating habits etc , I can honestly say that I haven't looked back & enjoy going to the club. After losing around 2 stone since January I can honestly say I feel better than I have done for some time. The back up from Carole & Roy is excellent & also all the other coaches & members to. Sharing food ideas general chat & good banter & laughs along the way. Would recommend anyone to give the club a try *****

Literally the best club in town!! I came across Nantwich Nutrition 9months ago when I was feeling exhausted and broken and overweight. I was sceptical at first but after just one week I couldn’t believe the difference in the way I felt. Now I’m almost at my target weight and I’m feeling stronger (both physically and mentally) which is great, but along the way I’ve made so many new friends and the atmosphere and camaraderie in club is what has made the most difference for me. After 40 years of yo-yo dieting with plans that I couldn’t maintain, I reluctantly joined Nantwich Nutrition because my friend dragged me there! That was June 2023. I’ve lost 4 stone and have kept it off.
The friendly, informal atmosphere in club is refreshing, the plan is simple and sustainable and the support that’s available is second to none. I feel as though I’ve been rescued 🥰
