Western Power Wellingborough - without going into details, yesterday WP assisted me within minutes of being contacted, all day into the night. From Cathy at the office to the guys on the dig teams to the absolutely lovely Nigel who stayed with me the whole time! It was a scary experience that didnt actually hit home until today and I cannot thank the team enough for all they did and how professional and friendly they were.
And then this morning to receive a call from Cathy to check if I was OK! What great customer service!
I am looking for a new role in customer service - any jobs going in the office?! As I would love to be a part of such a fab team!👏🙂
