One of my phases when down yesterday I rang them at about 6pm. There was someone from western power distribution with me by about 6.30pm. One of the screws have snapped so another team was called and they was with me by 8pm and all back and working by 8.45pm. Thanks for the quick response and getting me back up and working as quickly as possible.
