I had an excellent experience with National Tyre. Unlike other places that asked me to wait for an appointment, they welcomed me right away and got my car sorted the same day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. On top of that, they offered me a great discount, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was quick, hassle-free, and top quality. Quick to be seen to, and offered tea while I waited for my MOT. Staff are very friendly with a good sense of humour so the wait didn't feel too long, despite being told the MOT would take an hour - took around 40 minutes.

Since I mentioned I was offered tea, I will review that too - quick service, asked for milk and sugar. It was a good brew with the right mass of sugar and volume of milk within. I mean it was literally a cup of tea but I have had restaurants get that wrong, so felt I had to put this here.

Overall though, it's a good centre and relatively quiet so appointment times were stuck to unlike other garages.

This garage is amazing, they literally sorted me out at the last min. Had a puncture and was travelling to Chester the next day and need to be there for 9.00am. They dealt with me 5 mins before they were due to closed whereas other garages would have turned me away. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for saving the day!

Well what can I say Ozzy and the team saved the day, lone female distraught after finding I had a flat tyre and miles away from home he came to the rescue and made sure my car was fixed and within a short time so I could get home. Ozzy and the staff were polite and professional and even calmed me down with a warm cup of coffee!! Thank you guys you are amazing.

Fantastic service from start to finish!
I left the house this morning for an appointment and 'flat tyre' indicator appeared on screen. Fortunately, these guys were just around the corner. Panicking, I explained what had happened to Ossie (the lovely gentleman who put me at ease straight away), which tyre was affected and asked if one was in stock. He said there was, then inflated the affected tyre so I could get to my appointment. Phew - what a relief.
I returned later on to have the new one fitted and was very relieved to have someone come to my aid quickly. As Ossie said, it is a community branch and they look after people in their community and are happy to help in genuine emergencies.
A really lovely experience (Ossie makes a cracking brew as well!) and really worth a visit. You can also sign up to Halfords Motoring Club to get a discount too.

Really pleased with the excellent service I received this morning from National Tyres staff. Car had warning light re tyre I wanted checking. I knew I could have tried adding air before attending their premises, but as I commute daily on motorway I wanted to be sure there wasn't a nail in there. Mechanic asked a few questions re other potential issues then removed tyre and gave it a thorough check. No issues found, and there was no censure, just a genuine will to help me. Advised me to not hesitate to come back if the warning light came back on. No charge, despite the time taken for checks. Very impressed and very relieved. Thank you!
