I have used National vehicle solutions four times over the past twelve years and they have been excellent every time I have used them. Especially the last car I ordered back in 2021, due to the chip shortage and then the Russian, Ukraine war I had to wait nearly 18 months until it turned up. Lynn kept me informed every month and let me know what was happening. Couldn't praise this company enough. Thank you Lynn the car was well worth waiting for.

I have always found this company excellent and straightforward to use, hence why I have leased 3 cars through them( over 6 years). I have dealt with both Simon and Lynn over the years who have excellent customer service skills and respond immediately to any questions I had. My latest vehicle was delayed due to the current situation but Lynn kept me informed and reassured every step of the way, she goes out of her way to help and even responds to queries weeks after you have taken delivery. Would definitely recommend NVS

Well what an experience, amazing from selection and order on the website to final delivery. Amazing service, always updated at regular intervals and always at the time stated. Couldn't have hoped for a more complete service. I'd recommend NVS to anyone wanting to lease. Top marks!

Disgusting company. If you encounter any sort of issue, they will offer you an alternative that is nowhere near the original price you agreed. Because they have offered you an alternative this allows them to charge you £500 if you decide that you dont want to pay double the amount you originally budgeted for.

Just look at the rude and sarcastic responses to the negative reviews from the owner Simon. Its very clear that they are a cowboy outfit.

One or two reviews maybe just a few bad customers but just look at the amount of people reviewing this lot with the same issues. All different peoe that have never met, all saying the same thing.

£250 admin fee !!!! I mean WHATTTTT
Highest admin fee, lowest customer services.

DO NOT USE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Great company, extremely helpful all the time with very fast email replies. I am like many people totally impatient waiting for a new car and the one I ordered has been delayed because of WTLP yet still Lynne politely (more polite than I would be)answers questions and helps where she can and I know if Im still not happy with the build time I can get an alternative vehicle with them.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to Lease because you are not ignored even if like me you only want 1 car.

I paid almost £250 admin fee which is one of the highest in the sector, they then told me my car was going to be delayed by 5 months due to new emission laws. They point blank refused to refund my money after offering me an alternative that was double what my initial quote was. Not trustworthy or customer focused, stay away at all costs!!!!!!

I have used NVS for a few cars now. Always quick to respond and great service, had to modify an existing order I thought would be hassle but all dealt with very easily.. no fuss. Highly recommend.

Awful company, and I say this based on two bad experiences which both turned out exactly the same, with the car coincidentally going out of stock the minute everything was in place. Very ironic. This company uses marketing ploys on performance models they never really had ‘in stock’ in order to try and force you into buying something the dealerships are struggling to sell! Avoid at all cost, especially on higher performance vehicles.
