Whilst we were researching the choice of a multi fuel stove we came across informative videos made by Sarah-Jane of Natural Heating. We decided to pay them a visit whilst on holiday in Norfolk. We were impressed by the large showroom but more importantly by the solid un biased advice from Sarah-Jane. You quickly sense that a dedication and passion for the subject leads to advice based on knowledge. Our room and desire for a multi fuel stove, guided by advice, lead us to the Archer Challenger. A British made stove which I believe is built to last. Importantly, it looks great, clean modern styling and the first firings confirm that it is super easy to control.

What a fantastic company! We were looking to have a log burner installed and was recommended to have a look at Natural Heating.. Wow, the showroom was so welcoming (on a cold, December day), there were log burners of all sizes and styles, some of which were lit, which was so lovely. We found what we thought was the one we’d like, but after a chat with Sarah about our needs and room size, we went for a completely different size and style and couldn’t be happier! … It was a week before Christmas and their installers squeezed us in to have a fire in time for Christmas! Sarah is hugely knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Would recommend them to everybody. A fantastic company, incredibly knowledgable, helpful and not pushy in anyway! Thank you!!

Natural Heating - the team have been great! It has taken us a long time to find what we wanted and with their help they answered all our queries. They have given us advice, suggestions and engaged in many ways. I cannot praise them enough. Once we set it up as we wanted, two evening meals has added to our outdoor space and use. Brilliant service from start to finish. Great advice on the best log burner for us, Louis's fitting was top notch and the after service likewise. Personal, professional service throughout. It seems increasingly difficult to find companies who care and deliver quality, timeliness and on price but this is definitely one. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked through the door at Natural Heating I have had nothing but the best experience ….. starting with coffee and cake!
I had no former knowledge of this company - but have been and will be recommending Sarah Jane and her team to everyone.
Sarah Jane goes above and beyond in her customer service. She is so knowledgeable and caring and buying the stove from her was so easy - with no pressure financially or to make a quick sale.
The installation of the stove too was very professional with time taken to get it right. And the little welcome pack on the day of the installation with stove goodies and cake was really appreciated.
I can not fault this company and can’t praise them highly enough. It’s such a pleasure to find a company that is so welcoming and helpful. A lot of time and work has gone into making this business a success and I wish Sarah Jane all the best and thank her for everything.

Popped into Natural Heating to collect a couple of items that I'd ordered online - greeted with a warm welcome and a cup of tea! Sarah-Jane gave me some good tips on lighting and maintaining my Heta Inspire stove! Well worth a visit even if you already own a log burner.

We have a traditional 16 inch fireplace, with an unusual tiled surround. We did not want to lose our unique feature, so decided on an inset stove. The dimensions and characteristics of the surround and hearth meant that tolerances would be specific and tight. I first “found” Sarah-Jane reviewing an Arada Hamlet on her YouTube channel, and the inset version of the product seemed to suit our needs. Not overly expensive, British made, and simple to operate. I contacted Sarah-Jane via her website to seek further advice. She very kindly contacted me by video link, so we could consider the dimensions, etc in real time. This was invaluable, and it allowed me, some considerable distance away, to discuss with my local fitter. Sarah-Jane even liaised with HIM, to ensure we were all in agreement on the suitability of the stove. So I purchased it and it arrived promptly in good order. I kept Sarah-Jane apprised of developments, and she responded on every occasion with further insight and expert help. The stove WAS tricky to fit, as we all suspected, but we got there. Sarah-Jane then talked me through her tried and tested lighting stages, and it has all worked very well indeed. As further questions have occurred to me, she has answered them all without exception. The service has been exemplary, from start to finish. Absolutely first class customer focus. I guess this truly is a vocation for Sarah-Jane and Natural Heating!
