Naulin has been an amazing find. They are polite, on-time, and don't mind explaining things. They honor warranties for work and don't over-book work for the day. It's not a bad thing that they don't just take anyone, any day. This way you aren't left waiting for them to rush through work to fit more people in.

Professional service and honest. My family has been using this business for over 15 years. I took my 2019 BMW for coolant leak issue. BMW service wanted to change me more than double the price. If you drive a german vehicle and are looking for a reliable mechanic that won’t overcharge you, Naulins is the place to go. I drive a 2014 Bmw 435 xdrive and Naulins is the only mechanic shop I trust to repair my car. While most mechanic shops try to add unneccesariy charges, Naulins tells me exactly what needs to be fixed and not to waste money when certain repairs can wait. The staff is communicative, repairs are fast, and the price is the best and most fair in all of miami.
