From my initial request for a survey to installation of a heat source air pump, NCS have been amazing! The initial survey was carried out quickly and the quote arrived the same day. My old oil boiler had stopped working so the decision was made to change over to an environmentally friendly option of an ASHP to replace it. Updating a heating system can be a daunting process but I was kept well informed throughout, my questions and concerns addressed promptly and all paperwork dealt with. As I had no heating or hot water, NCS prioritised the installation and within a week the work had started and within five days the system was up and running.
The site conditions were less than ideal but the installation team, Martin, Tony and Lee, went above and beyond in getting the work done. Throughout, Dawn and Stuart were very helpful, supportive and answered any questions I had about the whole process. My experience with NCS was very positive and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them highly. Thank you to the whole team!

Highly professional team, the survey engineer Richard pays attention to learn what I want to do the project. Provided a very compatible quotation. After comparing 6 quotes from different companies, I choose NCS to install my new boiler, radiators and shower. Richard, Joe and Martin worked smoothly and dynamically on the project, finishing the project with exceptional results. Really pleased with their work, absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend NCS. Sadly their customer service skills and accountability is poor.
One of their vans hit my car on the way to work, emailed them with dash-cam footage and the emailed response I got back was rude and non apologetic and proceeded to blame me. I phone them up to have a sensible discussion about it and it was genuinely like talking to a brick wall, in fact I’ve had better communication with my dogs than their customer service.
It was a minor incident in which an apology would have been suffice but this was not given and they refused to give any evidence of the speed they were doing when they passed me and instead were fixated on 31mph speed against their 28mph speed when the vehicles first seen each other. There was a ‘bang’ and they said the driver thought it was an and I quote ‘twig’.

Sadly wouldn’t recommend this company despite not using their services as if this is the way they go about dealing with situations and can’t take any accountability then it doesn’t bode well for their services either.

I know they reply to reviews and I’m not interested in discussing further nor their response. I ended the call due to my own time being wasted. It is what it is at the end of the day but warning other road users and potential customers of their unprofessionalism that I’ve encountered.
