I first encountered NDM electrical on New Year’s Eve when I had a complete power failure. Nick arrived within 30 minutes and spent 2 hours tracking down the problem which was the boiler. He isolated the problem and restored as much power as was possible until the boiler was replaced. As a result of such excellent service I asked his to update some of the house electrics. The quote was reasonable and the work carried out to a very high standard. I have asked them to carry out further work for me and would recommend the firm unreservedly.

NDM installed an EV charger for me with a short lead-in time - one of the big electricity suppliers had let me down and NDM were able to come to the rescue in just 2 weeks. Estimate process was quick and efficiently done. They respond when they say they are going to. Two electricians were here on the installation day. I appreciate they took the time to explain what they had done (and extra thanks for letting me know a parcel had arrived!). Highly recommend NDM.
