I've been using Nailsea Appliances for years and they have been fantastic, an absolute pleasure to work with.
Claire in particular has been a lifesaver for me on multiple occasions, she's quick to respond and to book jobs in directly with tenants to avoid delays.
I would highly recommend them personally as well as professionally as a lettings property manager.

Excellent Service totally outstanding in an emergency.
On Wednesday 20th December i as mortified whilst staying at a friends house whilst getting a plate out of cupboard a mug fell onto the floor a piece of the shattered mug hit the oven glass and totally shattered, days before Christmas…. Didn’t hardly sleep that night… panic stricken a you imagine breaking a friends cooker so close to Christmas.
Went to there new showroom in Hengrove and Adrian was exceptional, he understood the urgency within 30 minutes he had double checked the amps and size of the cooker booked installation for yesterday 22nd December, the fitters arrived fitted and paid for them to take old cooker.
I am please to say my best friend is still my best friend and she couldn’t believe she had a cooker for Christmas and is so happy with it.
Thank you Nailsea Electrical your first class and when I bought a new house a couple of years ago and bought 4 appliances you were fab especially as I bought a 7 bottle wine cooler unit and you couldn’t fit a bottle of prosecco in it as it would fit.. that was no problem for yourselves you exchanged for the next size up. The big sheds wouldn’t have done this plus you are a lot cheaper

Ordered a built-in oven and microwave from them - it was in stock within days and fitted for me the following week. Excellent friendly service - including the advice at the start on suitable products right to the fitting on the day. Definitely recommend.
