Really fantastic customer service and good quality work. Needed a 24 hour turnaround on a suit adjustment and a repair on the seat of a pair of suit pants that thought no way could be saved. We'll they saved them, they delivered on time. And they waited for me to get there after minutes after close when I called. Dry cleaning is good quality as well. Can't recommend enough

They are absolutely the best cleaners I've ever dealt with. Professional, friendly, prompt. I have never had a bad experience, not to mention personally saving my hide time and time again. Always a smile and a friendly banter, a true staple of the neighborhood. You cannot ask for a better business to rely on for making sure you're always ready to look sharp. Being new to the area and preferring to frequent local businesses, I needed to find a dry cleaner.

For the sake of comparison I dropped off 5 items at each, one item requiring alterations.

The folks at Neighbors:
* Full disclosure: everything was sufficient lyrics clean and hung. The issue came with the alterations.

At the time of drop off the employee provided the price for alterations. At pick up he
* employee provided a invoice with an increased the price. When I asked about the difference her denied there was one. When I provided the receipt from the initial drop off, he blamed the seamstress.

When I asked for a final price so I could pay and go began to suggest (or imply) that I was stupid for asking about the inconsistency - only to follow that up with yelling about how easy it all was to understand.

So ... yeah.

Results may vary. They're your dice to roll.
