Just had a stove installed by N.E Stoves. They are competitively priced, have a great selection and provided excellent advice on my installation. The work carried out was to a very high standard and the team were very clean, supplying dust sheets etc as they worked. Would certainly recommend.

A new flue was fitted from start to finish. This involved ladder work to the roof, working through crumbly ceilings and working in restricted spaces in a spider infested attic. A seriously brilliant job by a team of dedicated professionals. One really delighted customer!

Absolutely outstanding quality and service, from the shop visit to discuss our needs from the very knowledgeable Beth, the initial survey carried out by James the owner a couple of days later, through to the install by Adam and Charlie three weeks after that, I haven’t stopped smiling since, their pride in their work was unbelievable, they discussed the install at every step, showing me their progress as they went, they kept everywhere as clean as possible, instructed me on how to operate and look after the fire and they even shook my hand when they left, I’ve never experienced that before.

We have just had our old stove removed and a brand new stove. Hearth and brick slips installed today and we are over the moon with the work that the lads have done. Work is first class and they were a pleasure to have in our home. We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone

We are really delighted with the work you and your team have done today.   You were absolutely right about the tiles for the wall, they look really super and we are so pleased we took your advice.

Firstly, we were very impressed by the help we were given when we visited your showroom and the fact that we were allowed time to think about what we were looking for without any hard sell push.   The stoves you had on display were all lovely but we narrowed our choice down to a couple.   Your inspection of our property was valuable because  after listening to our requirements you pointed us to a multifuel stove which we hadn’t really considered.
