Mike installed a Hypervolt electric car charger at our property. Throughout the process he was reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He dealt with third parties, (power provider) saving us the hassle and time. The installation went smoothly and only took a few hours. Mike took his time once the installation was complete to make sure the charger worked as it should and that we understood how to install the app and use the charger. I would definitely recommend Mike/Neutral Electrical Solutions.

NES provided me with a very detailed and clear report prior to installing the PV Panels. They arrived on time and talked me though all aspects of the job. The scaffold and materials arrived the day before. The whole job was completed to a very high standard., NES made time to fit additional lighting as requested. Massive thanks to Mike and Adam & Co, we are delighted with our panels and battery. Right from making my first enquiry I feel the service and information was just right, I was made to feel very comfortable, able to ask questions, was given a detailed explanation of options along with facts and benefits. It was clear Mike had an extensive knowledge of solar and battery systems and I am so grateful I chose Neutral Electrical Solutions to do the job. Once up and running everything about the system was fully explained, the app is great, I’m already obsessed watching my battery fill when the sun comes out. I have had a GivEnergy battery installed to go with my legacy solar panels. The system is working as 'advertised' but I am waiting to get onto the Octopus Energy system at the moment to take full advantage of their tariffs.
I received very helpful advice before deciding on the system to install and great help in obtaining the necessary licences etc.
I certainly appreciated the benefits of using an MCS qualified installer and Mike proved to be helpful in every way.
